[Feature request]: Add support for Ubuntu 22.04

currently the system support till Ubuntu focal.

I think it will be a long time before we support Ubuntu 22.04. At some point in the near future it may become easier to run fuzzers on more operating systems, due to the change we are making to add untrusted tasks.
