Automatic bucket creation doesn't work

The create script is supposed to automatically create storage buckets in google cloud, however it's not possible because appspot domain is not verified and rather cannot be verified:

gcloud storage buckets create gs://blobs.clusterfuzz-bbarwik.appspot.com/

What's the solution for this problem?
