How to use blackbox and extend other fuzzers?

Brothers, I failed to use blackbox with AFL or other fuzzers with the official introduction. I'm so confused right now, it took a lots of time but, no progress --) Could you show me some examples which showed: （1）how to use blackbox engine and, what should I write to run_*.py for it, I need some instance scripts or you can provide （2）how to extend other fuzzers, for example, AFLFast What I needs are examples that work well....
