Currently, the toolbox search plugin searches the human-readable text on blocks as well as their internal/programmatic names. This should be made a configuration option (allowing searching one/both). Additionally, it may be worth adding a third option to search the tooltip text.

I asked Aaron to file these so we had some more open issues for contributors =) I think we need to add more detail before marking them as good first issues, but we can probably mark them as help wanted for now.
