Minimap does not fit when used in resizable environnement

Describe the bug

When you use this plugin in a resizable workspace (https://developers.google.com/blockly/guides/configure/web/resizable), there's a limit to the horizontal shrink property and does not shrink at all vertically.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. You can test here: https://a-s-t-u-c-e.github.io/ucBlockly/dist/?lang=en
2. Move the 2 sliders
