We have browserslist stanzas in package.json files, inserted by the scripts that create the packages, but we're not keeping them up to date. It's better to not have the information than to have it be outdated, since some of the plugins claim they will work on IE and that's no longer true.

Remove browserslist stanzas from all package.jsons and also from create-package.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Audit all of the stanzas and make sure they're up to date.
