Describe the bug After submitting complete survey, it is not showing all details from complete survey on edit details screen

Component SDC library, reference app

Precondition: Patient should already added

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Reference App'
2. Search for Patient already added
3. Click on 'Complete survey'
4. Add all details and click on submit
5. On edit patient details screen, Scroll down to view observations
6. Observe all details added in complete survey

Expected behavior After submitting complete survey, it is not showing all details from complete survey on Patient card details screen
