SDC : Allow Media Component as part of Help component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently Media component is supported only as part of the Question Header below the subtitle. But in real time there might be cases where Single or multiple Images are required as part of the Help Component along with the description.

Describe the solution you'd like Support Media component included in Help Component too.

To begin with, I think we just need to make some very basic assumptions on how to format the image(s). But I don't think we should be stopped by the specifics. @khyativyasargus - More than happy to accept a PR as a POC and we can then iterate on the right formatting options to be exposed to the developer.
