Fully functionality of choice-column extension inclusing openchoice and table with custom width

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Choice column is an extensive feature which allows to fully customize choice choice widgets including generating a table from data with multiple columns of customized width etc. A basic version for simple choice and reference is implemented in #1480
