Problem with getting the AMD driver

I have now gone through everything that I could find, and I keep getting all of the errors that have been shown in the other issues.

I now get this error " Android SDK is up to date. Running Android Emulator Hypervisor Driver for AMD Processors installer 'silent_install.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Android Emulator Hypervisor Driver for AMD Processors installation failed. To install Android Emulator Hypervisor Driver for AMD Processors follow the instructions found at: https://github.com/google/android-emulator-hypervisor-driver-for-amd-processors Done " I have from the other issues downloaded the silent_install.bat file, but I still get this surface

Add 'silent_install.bat' to environment variable. First Locate 'silent_install.bat' file in these folders and then Google for * is not recognized as an internal or external command, You'll get the instruction
