ClassyShark should display all folders within the APK, not just a few

Currently, should only display xml files in the res folder. XML files outside it are showing on the tree #129, although in the wrong place.

We need to:

  1. Correctly map the folders inside the APK to the folder in the tree (res to res, assets to assets and so on). #129
  2. Don't try to parse XML's in the asset folders as binary XMLs #141
  3. Add support for ClassyShark to navigate more file types.
