Add more visibility into how Agent performed when called as a tool

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When we tag the Agent as a tool to a parent or root agent, it becomes very hard to follow up on what tools within the agent_as_a_tool agent were called, through Web UI.

Describe the solution you'd like Through some mechanism, add logging in the sub-agent, also when added as a tool.

Describe alternatives you've considered Nothing tried as of now.

I want to upvote this, attaching a screenshot for reference. There are multiple LLM calls with agent as a tool, but the Events are not yield to User Interface and Tracing

Hmm, this is big one. I think OTel should have the data already. It'll be more a UI feature.
