passing user_id in adk web/run

currently test_user is being hardcoded when adk run is used, is there a way to pass in our own user_id for testing.

Hi Benjit87! We are currently working on a change to allow users to change the state, where you can put your userid there. Stay tuned!

app id and user id is not in the state. But we should add options in the UI to specify.
