TF pretrained checkpoints/model links not working

Under the Pretrained Checkpoints table, the links for the tf.SavedModel files are not currently working. Could you all update the links so that we can download the TF models? Currently, they yield this response:

<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>
<Details>No such object: scenic-bucket/owl_vit/checkpoints/owl2-b16-960-st-ngrams_tf_model</Details>
