converter
Hi,
I write a LEF/DEF to ProtoBuffer format converter in C++, it consider all cells in the netlist as macros, once I find out how to classify std cell and macro in the net list, I will improve this converter.
If there are any bugs, please let me know.

Yes, I have sign it. But it requires the CLA not only for my account, but also for my computer. I am confused and I don’t know how to sign the CLA on behalf of my computer. If you can tell me how to sign the CLA for my desktop, it will be really helpful. The best solution will be to remove your computer as an author. I am not a git expert, but I suspect your computer was not meant to be an author on the commit. I will try to make some time to take a look and give you a tip on how to tweak the commit.
Two of the main circuit training engineers are on vacation this week; I will have them look at this PR next week. Thank you for taking the time.
Clean up old pull request.
