Description of the bug:

text_gen_multimodal_video_prompt and text_gen_multimodal_video_prompt_streaming are defined but the contents of the sample is TODO. This shows up on the site as a TODO.

Actual vs expected behavior:

No response

Any other information you'd like to share?

I'll remove these from the site to prevent the TODO from being published but it'd be great to have the samples in place to show users.
