Sandboxed use makes GEMINI.md files in parent folders unusable

What happened?

If use sandboxing, in the multipart/multicomponent project, where you want to have a common GEMINI.md and per-component GEMINI.md descriptions, use of sanboxing screws this up. Because gemini-cli can't access files in parent folders so it will not read other one(s)

What did you expect to happen?

Some setting to allow searching for GEMINI.md and reading them down to some folder. For safety, maybe user should configure the folder to stop searching, like /work/project1/ so it doesn't go further
