[Feat] Add Extension support for subagents

Subagents should be able to be authored and configured by extension authors and shared

Completion Criteria:

  • [ ] Extension authors should be able to create custom subagents that users can use immediately after installation
  • [ ] Agents must be controllable via /agents
  • [ ] Must support core tools + MCP tools

maybe you should try stronger antennas, the ones that come with the nrf module aren't great
