Live Stream Support for Gemini TTS

Description of the feature request:

Similar to text streaming It would be great to have the feature of live voice streaming. Instead of waiting for the entire response to end and then play it'd be efficient to play it through stream.

What problem are you trying to solve with this feature?

Currently the streaming feature either not complete or not implemented. Cause I have seen the documentation and the code is incomplete and I tried different methods such as generate_content_stream but the entire response is coming at once. No chunking or streaming.
