Technically the response doesn't contain any thoughts tokens because it didn't use any, so while trying to access that object it throws an error so we are using a placeholder which shows up when there is no thoughts tokens included in the metadata.

Here you say "you are fixing a value to the thinking budget" but in the payload below its set to 0. Can you clarify this?
