Integrated subfolder for ADK examples

This PR establishes the foundational structure for adding examples showcasing the integration of the Google Application Development Kit (ADK) with the Gemini API within the cookbook.

It introduces a new subfolder dedicated to these examples.

Important Note

This PR only creates the folder structure and the README file. It does not include any .ipynb example notebooks. The examples will be added in a separate, subsequent Pull request.
