Update `Providing_base_cases.ipynb` google-generativeai SDK to google-genai SDK v1.0 with google colab

I modified the Providing_base_cases.ipynb file to use the google-genai SDK, based on the information in #446.

Although this file wasn't listed in the file list organized by @Giom-V, I found it in the cookbook repository as a file using the google-generativeai SDK and made the necessary changes.

Please let me know if there’s anything I should revise. Many thanks in advance to the reviewers!
