There's a warning at the top of the PR from GitHub that looks related:

We don't want quotes in filenames, but I think it should use a shorter heading/filename anyway - e.g. that notebook doesn't really get into chains (each example is a single call), so you could call it something like "Tool calling with LangChain" (then the filename can be something like langchain/tool_calling.ipynb)
