REST Example for Video prompting

Description of the feature request:

Can we get a quickstart example for video prompting using the REST API, particularly by using the File API to upload a video file (sampled at any fps) and querying the models using the file as input? Something similar to what we have in the Video.ipynb notebook would be super helpful.
