add citation and fix math symbol text color

Hi! I've put up a paper on arxiv based on this work, it would be great if we could add the citation to the tutorial! I also changed the coloring library for the mathjax equations since \textcolor didn't seem to work on the colab.

I'm not sure how to update the linked colab - does that happen automatically?
