Upgrades repo from TF1 to TF2 while preserving the core design and logic.

Quality of life: Formally separated unit testing Added requirements.txt Added precommit hooks for style Repeat Copy training script modified to emit logging and metrics for tensorflow. Jupyter notebook with helper methods for interacting with model trained on the Repeat Copy task.

  • A personal project for learning Tensorflow, I had a lot of fun!
