BibTeX Citation Needed

@tejassp2002 Thank you very much for creating this issue! We're actually thinking quite carefully about it and it doesn't look like anything has changed, so I'm going to reopen for now.

Some of the team is at the Neurips conference, so things are just a bit slow moving. If you no longer need the bibtex entry, that's ok, we'll want to do this regardless. If you do need it, please let me know if this resolved some other way :)

Thanks for the response. I found this paper Towards Reinforcement Learning in the Continuing Setting which mentions about C-Suite by Abhishek Naik. So, I'll cite that.

I think that's an excellent intermediate citation while we work on something more inclusive to the CSuite team. Abhishek and Zaheer certainly contributed to this software repository, but there were several others we'd like to include who were not involved with that workshop paper.
