sketch_cc_tangent0 is missing

I was trying to solve a problem that involved defining the tangent of two circles and found myself needing cc_tangent0 which just outputs two points of tangency. However, cc_tangent0 has no numerical counterpart. Only cc_tangent which returns four points.
