Alphafold2 error

AttributeError: module 'collections' has no attribute 'Iterable' [at run Alphafold]

I got this error when I tried to use the Alphafold2 advanced in Google collab. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks! (This is my first time using Alphafold, so it could also be that I did something wrong, I followed the instructions according to proteopedia.)

Hi, thanks for your comment! And sorry, I think I don't know enough about all this to really understand the question, but this was in the colabfold of the shared Google thing. I just discovered that it's possible to see the code in this repository, so I will try that and see if it works!
