Installing libedgetpu1-max noninteractively

Description

It is impossible to install libedgetpu1-max without an interactive user session, for example when building a Docker container. The installation script forces the user to type 'yes' to accept risks of thermal overload. The simple solution is to bypass this check when DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive.
