coral-cloud-stable debian package no longer has a Release file
Description
Been seeing this error for a while now, finally decided to dive into it. The easy solution is just to delete /etc/apt/sources.list.d/coral-cloud.list, but what is confusing to me is it seems the Debian packages install guide still recommends adding that to the APT sources.

@goigle Not really a solution, since some packages are only in the coral-cloud-stable repo. For example, python3-coral-enviro is needed to use the Environmental Sensor Board and is not in the coral-edgetpu-stable repository.
