Persistent Cloud Anchor (keyless authentication) Error Not Authorized is an ongoing issue and is still not resolved despite the newer versions of the ARCore extensions

I am using ARCore extensions version 1.26.0 with ARFoundation version 4.1.7 and ARCore XR Plugin version 4.1.7. I also tried with ARCore extensions version 1.25.0 and the same versions of ARFoundation and ARCore XR Plugin. Next, I tried with 1.25.0 for ARCore extensions and ARFoundation version 4.1.5 and ARCore XR Plugin 4.1.5.

I then repeated the previous attempt with version 1.26.0. Your cloud anchors keep telling me that I am not authorized. What is going on? Why is keyless authentication non-functional? My Unity version is 2020.3.17f1. I also tried with earlier versions of Unity3d but the same result. I imported ARCore extensions package from the package.json file and the tar file, still the same error. Why does this not work????
