hello, realme 10 Pro+ 5G is listed but it does not work with arcore

hi, i have a realme 10 Pro+ 5G as my main phone, it is listed in the supported devices page but arcore says that it isen't supported, any fixes or explainations why doesen't it work, and if it isen't compatible could you make it comaptible?
