acquireCameraImage returns empty Buffer

SPECIFIC ISSUE ENCOUNTERED

I use acquireCameraImage to get ArCore current image and later convert the YUV420 data in bitmap but on Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 pro the buffer of the planes are empty I retrieve 3 planes with correct rowStride (2048) , correct pixelStride (1, 2) but with empty buffer

VERSIONS USED

  • Android Studio: Giraffe | 2022.3.1 Patch 4
  • ARCore SDK for Android: 1.33.0
  • Device manufacturer, model, and O/S: Xiaomi Redmi Note 11
  • Google Play Services for AR (ARCore): 1.40
