Camera blur now

SPECIFIC ISSUE ENCOUNTERED

This doesn't happen all the time, for months it worked fine(encountered 4-5times, lasted for about a day- few day). Today we encounter again and there is no way to resolve it. I notice it happens for other ARCore app in playstore and hello example. It is happening at this very moment, please help to check. Camera is blur for some devices. Huawei P30 Pro (Android 10) - blur Huawei P20 Pro (Android 10) - blur Samsung S8(Andorid 9) - clear
