Request : IOS and flutter support .
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The README mentions that iOS support is "coming soon," but there's currently no clear ETA or documentation around its progress. I'm building a Flutter application and would love to use this library with full iOS compatibility, but the uncertainty is making planning difficult.
It would be helpful to: Share an estimated timeline or roadmap for iOS support. Offer guidance on partial iOS integration (if some internal workarounds exist).

Hi @sulphuricAcidOP, thanks for raising this feature request, and a big thanks to the community for the tremendous enthusiasm for iOS and Flutter support! We definitely understand the strong desire for this feature.
We will take all of this feedback into account and pass it to the relevant team. Please keep an eye on this issue for updates, and we sincerely thank you all for your understanding.
Why is Google's own project not using its own powerful platform (Flutter) and upgrading the open-source plugin to fully support real-world app use cases?
It would make a lot more sense to rewrite this project in Flutter and implement the missing features in the plugin — not just for internal use, but for the broader community.
Please consider migrating the project to Flutter and updating the plugin to reflect modern app requirements.
Hi @hajajmaor,
Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed and thoughtful feedback.
Your points about the potential of Flutter for this project and the benefits of enhancing the open-source plugin ecosystem are noted and passed to the team.
We really appreciate it. Thanks!
