Enabling delta format while saving

@goodwillpunning this is a great library. I have been using this for about 3 months to refresh my tableau extracts.

Sometimes an analyst might wanna track the past state of the data. For the incremental refresh, it would be great if you can enable write mode: delta for hyper file.
