Lib-raspberrypi-dev not found in LCD-35

I just installed my fresh raspsberry 5 64 bit pyos and when trying to run the LCD-35 file, it can't find the lib-raspbebrrypi-dev package, I think this one is deprecated in favor of the -bin one, I tried installingn it but it messed up the complete os by removing crucial package please help:(
