No wayland driver for 3.5inch RPi Display

Hi, the display http://www.lcdwiki.com/3.5inch_RPi_Display does only work with X11 and not with newer and faster manager wayland.

For Raspberry Pi OS, Ubuntu and other distributions wayland new is standard Manager. The display is not outdated and still available.

Is there a the plan to write wayland drivers?

For DAYS I've been wondering why my display stopped working, despite it being just fine in other OSs. As soon as I figure out the issue by looking at the release notes for the new version of Raspberry pi OS I see this on github.

If you want a temporary solution for this issue, you can re-enable X11 drivers through advanced settings in the OS, Im not sure how likely it is that they would update the drivers for wayland
