Question: 3.5inch_RPi_Display. How to check if screen is connected?

I need to write an app which can check if TFT screen is enabled or not.

If it is, app will spawn LCD35-show which will reboot automatically. If it is not, LCD-hdmi...

Is there some info how to check with pinout if TFT is connected?
