/boot/cmdline not use mais device, use UUID

/boot/cmdline not use mais device, use UUID

New versions of raspbian not use root=/dev/mmcblk0p2. Now they use root=PARTUUID=uuid_device

When you copy this file for /boot raspberry not find root and no initialize.

I have change file manually and it works. how to change scripts or files to automate this and fix this erros?
