Touch not working with rpi4 model b on raspbian or LineageOS but it's working in Rpi 400

For clarification: 2 Touchscreen 7" tested and same are working withouth drivers in my rpi400 and not in my rpi 4 model b

Same behaviour in raspbian or lineageOS withouth installing any driver.

My question. This driver will work on lineage OS with rpi 4 model B as I supose will work with raspbian when installed?

Extra: Why it's working without installing anything in rpi400?
