Improvements
- Upgrade Cesium to 1.1.23 to account for deleted
layer.jsonsources - Comment out bing key because it's not needed to run
- Update viewer initialization to use the default terrain source which works
- Update README for standalone usage
- Fix startup rendering crash
- Fix ctrl+C not stopping the program
Known Issues
- The vehicle model is yawed 90 left of what it should be
