当组件通过镜像构建时，我们可以在构建源设置它的启动命令。但是当组件通过 Dockerfile 构建时，却没有该选项进行配置。

When a component is built from an image, we can set its startup command in the build source. But when the component is built via the Dockerfile, there is no option to configure it.
