Implement OEWN-2025 escaping scheme

The wn.compat.sensekey module has oewn escaping, but it looks like the scheme will change from OEWN 2025 (see https://github.com/globalwordnet/english-wordnet/commit/9cb02f29d0bb33231eae7758ac34327067901008).

Describe the solution you'd like

Offer the new escaping scheme. The current "flavor" is just "oewn", so the new one might need to be "oewn:2025" or "oewn-v2" or something.

Additional context

It all seems similar to OMW-style escaping except for one: -ap- instead of -apos-. I asked about this on the issue thread: https://github.com/globalwordnet/english-wordnet/issues/1107
