Select icons for web-based and watch0S based apps

There are a number of web-based apps and services listed (Glitch, Pinboard, Mastodon, &c.) that could benefit from an appropriate icon.

Likewise there are also a couple of apps the provide watchOS (and CarPlay) support which need icons as well.

As long as we’re being thorough.

Agree on the web-exclusive services (and Apple TV too, I guess?)

Perhaps a little less on board with the watch & carplay, since those are satellites to the main app. This isn't a strong feeling, so I could be swayed (esp for some watch apps that are the primary interface to the app itself).

I mean, it is called Mac Open Web after all …

I can go either way on the tv and watch stuff.
