Duplicate title buttons (close maximize minimize) when window is maximized

What is the current behavior?

Duplicate title buttons (close maximize minimize) when window is maximized.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Setup Fildem and Chromium
2. Open Chromium
3. Maximize the Chromium window

What is the expected behavior?

Only one group of title buttons should appear.

This isn't a bug with Fildem. This is a bug with Unite.

You can fix this by just making chrome use system borders in chrome's settings. (Xorg only)
