Change the orientation of the app menu

I have tried many times to emulate the mac os theme in gnome but always something doesn't work as i want

So i have combined two very good extensions yours and dash to panel , the problem is i like dash to panel in the bottom And although fildem-hud works great i want to make the menu too , usable is there any way to change the orientation of the sub menus ?
