Proxy: Document Deployment Steps
Sorry if this is a dup. But we should document exactly how to deploy an Athens Proxy to different clouds, with authentication and all the turns and knobs needed.

Hey @marwan-at-work I am currently only playing with athens locally via a Docker. I wanted to take this as an opportunity to deploy it on the stack I am using for other projects, either on:
- AWS EBS Docker
- OVH Kubernetes env
I have never did it before, so if you are thinking about other providers, please let me know.
@benjaminch are you still thinking of writing up some docs for those platforms? If not, no worries at all. I just wanted to check in.
Hey @arschles, Thanks for checking ! Yes I am still planning to do it, just did not happen to have the time I though I would have just yet to start it ... I will try to start the script ASAP at least script and screenshots drafts so you can check if it goes toward the good direction. Cheers !
