btcd/peer?

Is there any reason why dnsseeder doesn't use the btcd/peer package for its connections to the P2P network? Seems like doing so might avoid duplicating code between btcd and dnsseeder.

No particular reason I can think of. I have not looked at the code for a few years so the peer package may not have been around when I wrote the original code. If it makes sense to use the peer package then feel free to put a PR in.
